Layout for This Busy Living Room?

Good Questions

Q: I am having a hard time figuring out how to lay out my living room furniture. We have a fireplace, so the one corner is used up. Most of the right hand wall is a patio door with three panels. The middle one opens to the balcony, so that limits what I can place on that wall as well.

The living room occupies an open space across from the dining room, and the main walkway to get through the house is between these two spaces. Right now I have a regular sized couch, a recliner chair, two large mission style chairs, and a coffee table which is now underneath the mounted TV on the other side of the fireplace. I want to have ample seating for company, but both spaces are almost completely filled with stuff.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
