Le Magasin: Stoneware Preview

Until Monday, July 31, Le Magasin is inviting French design lovers to preview its latest shipment of hand-crafted stoneware: "Distinguished by its rich color and deep texture, this line of stoneware is made in the Vallée Noire in Berry, next to the village of George Sand, famous baroness and XIXth century writer." The shop is set up and inspired by a real home, continuing the chain of French design inspiration for our Chicago homes. We have yet to visit the River North shop and get transported comfortably to France for a moment via tablecloths, napkins, tea-towels, and bedlinens from Gérardmer, stoneware and porcelain. Once we get there, though, you'll certainly hear about it.
