Q: I've been looking everywhere for a lamp similar to the blue/turquoise lamp. Does anyone know where I can find something similar or if this is a knockoff of a particular designer? Any leads would be appreciated!

Some folks are doing nice things with this little DIY technique. Find a suitable bottle at a thrift store or craigslist and paint it from the inside by swirling around the colors you crave. Little bottles of acrylic are quite cheap at Michael's.
Oh, and then use a bottle lamp kit to complete the lamp, also available at craft stores.
Lotte Lamps has a blue color, and a lot of different sizes:

Target has something similar, although not as tall as what the one in your sample appears to be.

That looks vintage, and expensive. Maybe keep an eye on the tastemaker tag sales at onekingslane.com? I've also found Nickey Kehoe is not outrageously expensive but great quality: http://www.nickeykehoe.com/shop/. Flea markets are a good option, too.
I just saw one like this yesterday when I went to Watertown, NY Urban Mission Thrift Store yesterday! Can't guarantee it was an exact match but it was definitely turquoise, looked like a bottle, shiny, and had an amazingly tall shade like that! I think it was only $3!
Check out Lamps Plus, specifically their Haeger ceramic lamps. I've seen a few that have that shade of turquoise.

Here's another brand on lamps plus that has a similar shape
I have that lamp. I got it at an estate sale, but unfortunately it doesn't have any markings I can give you. The sale was a home filled to the gills with mid-century modern stuff, so I might start by e-mailing some stores around you that specialize in mid century modern. Also, maybe you should e-mail some stores in Arlington/Alexandria, VA because there were a couple of dealers I spoke to at the show who picked up a green and a purple version at the same sale, if you were interested in those colors.
Wow, *I* covet the cabinet in that picture!
The cabinet was sold at Ikea in the mid 1990's. They were sold raw/unfinished but this one looks like it's been oiled. I had one for years and loved it, but could never which drawer anything was in.
Hie yourself to a Homegoods, maybe.
