We love the idea of taking this as a picnic blanket to movies in the park, though we'd fear that it would attract mosquitoes...hmm...another idea would be to place on the table of a dinner party going late in the evening hours, providing glowing ambiance.

Mosquitos aren't attracted by light. They find their prey by scent: primarily carbon dioxide, but also sweat and other body odors.
So we need to stop breathing, huh?
