Need a little sunshine in the midst of these rain showers? Sunny yellow always brings a happy dose of spring and luckily it's become a popular trend in home decor. Let the sun shine in after the jump!
Decoratively speaking, I can't say I have ever given much attention to the color yellow. For a while it only seemed to appear upon flowered pillow cases or teacups in a paler hue. Not anymore! The bold version of itself is now available in all sorts of home accessoires, from telephones to toasters. The sunny color trend can't help but you make you smile. Um, the "falling daffodils" are tulips.
I looooove yellow! Anyone know where I can get some comfortable non-fabric yellow chairs? I don't want to have to get out the spray can but I will if I must!
I'm a fan! Give me some yellow to brighten up a room.
@monarda, Urban Outfitters, where the shower curtain can be purchased, calls the product "falling daffodils" and they look more like daffodils to me than tulips.
oh my goodness i love this post.
Shower curtain or bedspread?
Love this post, being my favorite color is yellow!
I'm honestly not a big fan of yellow. But I LOVE the smile pillow! Too cute!
Looks like a bedspread to me too, but I can see both daffodils AND tulips in the print ;)
the falling daffodils photo is of a bedspread, but the link takes you to a shower curtain, which I actually prefer.
The link used to be this:

They don't look like daffodils to me but perhaps the name is fanciful.
Actually, I do see one daffodil, also a morning glory, and an iris. And of course tulips. The leaves have little relation to any of these flowers, unless it is the morning glory. Oh, well.
I just painted my nightstand yellow :o)
I love yellow! But apparently I need more coffee this morning because I thought that first pillow said "senile" instead of "smile". Either way, very cute.
oh so happy to see this post today! :) it made me 'senile'..i mean smile!!
Before I clicked the tumbnail I thought the utensil holder was a cool pendant lamp. Darn!
"Grellow" is a great word. I love that Anthro is hawking an updated version of the same phone that tore my fingers apart dialing on it as a child for nearly 200 clams. (I still have that dang phone too!) I have seen that utensil holder at the outlet & have been trying to invent a creative repurposing for it so I have an excuse to buy it!
No they're daffodils, but I *think* it's a duvet, not a shower curtain. :) I would love a yellow pillow that said "senile".
