Do you have dreams of owning your own house someday? Perhaps one with a front porch, screen door, or manicured front lawn? Look no further than One Canoe Two's Chandler Lane, where everybody can own a piece of Small Town, USA, regardless of your financial woes.

Ok, full disclosure. I'm smitten with just about anything letterpresed. So when Beth wrote to introduce me to a new item in her Etsy shop, I couldn't wait to share. One Canoe Two is a team of two old friends, Carrie and Beth. They saw their dream come true when they were both finally living in the same state, acquired an old Chandler & Price press, and moved into the big red barn they had always dreamed of sharing a studio in.

Chandler Lane was inspired by the childhood notion of paperdolls. But since they have more of an affinity for architecture and interior design than dolls, they decided to create a whole series of you-build-it diorama kits. After having numerous draw/cut/fold/glue sessions to get it just right, the plates were ready to be made, and then it's off to their press for printing. Each kit comes with three houses, a background, and seven trees with plans to add more to the series in the future.

If you have the time to peruse One Canoe Two's shop, check out their recipe cards with a custom made wood box. The hand lettering and tiny drawings on the cards are darling. I'm thinking the perfect hostess or housewarming gift!
