Turn off your lights and turn on your wallpaper. This fun concept piece from designer Jonas Samson rethinks the standard three-dimensional light and transforms it into lit wallpaper.

The wallpaper can be turned on and off, giving off as much light as you need. Probably not strong enough to serve as a lighting source, but a cool effect on your walls.

Very interesting! I'm excited about how wallpapers of the future are going to be very interactive and serve a much greater purpose than they do now. I actually just wrote a post about the subject...the wallpaper of the future will inevitably change our lives in more ways than we even know!
Wallpaper is so exciting going forward.
In fact the entire Microsoft campaign in Los Angeles stating "LIfe without Walls" is an eye opener.
One day, the walls will be all lcd screens and wallpaper will in fact be interactive.
