The entirety of that first picture had me at hello. And I'm so making that pendant.
I have the West Elm Lamp shown. Just so you know, it feels more like paper and not real wood. It's very big, and I do love it,such a nice warm glow. I had it installed and bought the hard wire conversion kit.
