For years curbside collection has made recycling in some cities so easy! And now, for the month of August only, in addition to the usual glass, paper and plastics, Chicago will collect electronic goods to divert them from going to the dump. Check out the details after the jump.
The City of Chicago will be working with local recycling company, PC Rebuilders and Recyclers, to collect unwanted electronics for free, in various wards throughout the city. PCRR will refurbish or reuse the equipment, deconstruct items to harvest parts or send off for material recovery.
