We recently re-located to the San Francisco/Marin County area by way of Austin, Texas. We condensed our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home to live in a 1 bedroom house with a loft. Even though we went from 1,500 square feet to 700 square feet, we still maintained our style and managed to fit all of our favorite things!

I wish I could see more photos of that yard. I can't quite tell what's going on back there. Is that a fence with windows? Whatever it is, I love it! It's like an outdoor eating area at some cool restaurant.

They look like crates for shipping wine in, or at least that's what I use to make my bookcases! Available for free from a kindly merchant.
