Do you like music? We are sure you do. A lot of great audio equipment is coming out of the East these days. We love the offerings from Firestone Audio out of Taiwan. Great sound, great looks and tiny footprint. Everything from headphone amps to small power amps to preamps. Get 'em while they're cute.

I wonder if you would need a preamp if you have an audigy x-fi extreme music already on your desktop..
I seriously considered the Firestone amplifier. It's incredibly well designed, and looks like it'd be great on my desk at work. Unfortunately, its price point was not at all in keeping with my budget.
After researching a few options, I figured that the best bang for my buck was one of John Seaber's fantastic Altoids Tin amplifiers. It sounds great with my Sennheiser headphones and has generated much interest amongst my coworkers. The DIY aesthetic of the thing is quite cool.
And it's only $65 or so, compared to the $500 Firestone.
I was searching for the Little Country online and notice there is a new version that just came out called the Little Country III. I found it at www.audiophileproducts.com/littlecountry3 . Im wondering if anyone has heard the new version and what are your comments?
I love the looks of this amp, just hope it sounds as good as it looks.
Thanks
