In my home, I love to display the sorts of flower arrangements that look like they've been collected by the wind in an overgrown English garden. Luckily for those of us in Brooklyn, floral pros Nicolette Owen of Nicolette Camille and Sarah Ryhanen of Saipua are offering classes to those of us who wish to create such sensuous combinations on our own.

The Autumn Color Workshop focuses on the stylistic arrangement of seasonal clippings local to the northeast region of our nation. Attendees of the classes will have access to abundant flower selections and professional instruction in creating a floral centerpiece that is satisfyingly unfussy.
I can't wait to join in on the next available classes. Visit Little Flower School for more information on the Greenpoint and Red Hook schedules.
