I went to their Website. Well me hearties (or is it hardies), take a look at the down below pics and look at what you'd have to do before you started the make over - plus the other considerations. 70 year old fuel tanks ina 105 year old boat? Decaying floor boards on the lower deck? House grade electrical fixtures in a marine (damp - very damp) environment? Parts for a 50 year old diesel engine? Rule of thumb - double the purchase price of a classic boat to make it "bristol".

This baby is a beaut but that engine room scares the crap out of me. For sure, it would take quite a few more clams than the $125k asking price to get her fixed up.

Cute, but I'm a land lubber. Now drag that puppy up on land & I think it'd make a very unique house.
