Trying not to get caught without, I'm on the lookout for a great looking advent calendar for Christmas. Now! All my hard work has paid off because last night I stumbled upon this festive lollipopo tree advent calendar and I think this is the one.
This tabletop size tree looks great adorned with fancy lollipops but the design is flexible enough for other small gifts and treats as well. You can order one from Garnet Hill for $68.

I love it! But can't someone figure out how to make this for a LOT less than $68? And then post here how to do it? Please?
We had one of these growing up that a family friend made for us - I think it would be super simple to make. Just cut some trim into appropriate lengths and drill one big hole in the middle and one little hole on each side. It stores flat, which is nice.
I was looking at it thinking I would prefer it if the lollipops were candy canes.
Your dentist is applauding!
Just kidding, it does look like it'd be pretty easy to make. I'm trying to figure out how to adapt it to acommodate 3 kids.
You could do this and use hooks to hang ornaments or little boxes or bags from the longer "branches". This is one of the most adorable advents I've seen. I imagine that the lollipops end up in a big pile somewhere though.
my children would drive me bonkers until every lollipop was consumed.
very cute! I would love to see more advent calendar ideas - DIY and ones available to purchase. We don't have one and I'd love to have my kids (ages 4 and 5 months) to have one to grow up with!
I second the request for an advent calendar round-up! It’s my current must-find.
I’ve had my eyes on the Byer’s calendars since last year. I had an inspired moment when I saw the recent post on wooden trees, which made me think of putting little ornaments in the calendar boxes to hang on the tree everyday.
I’d also love to find a blank wood calendar, for us to decorate ourselves. So far, I’ve had no luck finding one. I saw a cardboard blank in a scrapbook supply store, but I want something heirloom quality.
for anyone who likes the lollipop tree calendar, I just saw one for $20
