We saw this giant stuffed horse this morning walking to work and took the picture. It was sort of festive and sort of sad. We wondered what sort of an apartment this horse could possibly have lived in. We wonder if it had anything to do with inauguration night? Anyone care to discuss?

Poor horse. Maybe someone will adopt him.

Anyone see the movie bachelor party? Wait, that was a donkey. Nevermind.
Reminds me of a photograph I took in Brussels last month :

It would look more adoptable and less sad if it were standing up.
It looks like it TOOK a beating. Maybe it is (supposed to be) a donkey.
Too funny. I walked by that also, was gonna snap a shot. My office is on the corner, this is not uncommon to see in soho. Thursday is box day fyi. The other day someone threw out 4 almost new ikea chairs.
What a shame, looks like he can be thrown in the washing machine. Don't you all have a Goodwill or the Salvation Army up there. Seems like people would be donating these items instead of overloading the landfills. People in America are so spoiled. No wonder our country is so screwed up right now. They do the same thing with food. Waste, waste ,waste. Sigh.
P.S. i would have totally rescued him!
To Daniel Poitiers, that was a funny picture ^^
We found a whale down the street from our house. Seems like it was made by an art student - that would be my guess for the horse too.
Here's a picture (on flickr) of our whale, happy as a clam in a tree in our back yard...
Poor horsey! I would have rescued him!
