Exciting news: H&M will soon launch a home collection! We found online photos showing a sneak peak of the new collection, featuring four different lines. We hope the H&M home collection will be as stylish and reasonably-priced as its clothing and accessories. Shown here are pieces from one of the new lines. More photos and information on the collection below the jump...

The photos show the four styles: above the jump is the "youthful" line with bright colors and Liselotte Watkins' wild prints. On this page are photos of the other lines: above is the "natural" line with lots of beige, below are the "classical" line - think nautical and New England style - and "design" line in black and white and lots of letters and numbers.

The H&M home collection will be launched in February and only in Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands, and Austria. We hope it comes to the U.S. soon!

These are great. If the prices are anything like their clothing stores, I'm in!
It all looks so depressingly cheap and temporary - like so much else in the stores today...
What happened to the G and the S on that pillow?
I like them. Seems like a comparable trade off for Ikea soft furnishings, assuming the pricing is similar. What I hate most about ikea is how easily identifiable so much of their stuff is. Love the curtain and paint splatters in the first grouping - and the button pillows in the second.
I've noticed fun and colorful furnishings come in 2 categories - cheap and super expensive. Everything in the middle is less unique, less colorful and less fun. Until I can afford the super expensive, I'll take my fun & colorful where I can get it.
I do like this! I hope the price is right in line with their clothing! It will be a perfect way to switch up look of my rooms without breaking the bank!
It'll be nice to have an alternative to IKEA. It is kind of sad that I can recognize all the different IKEA objects in other people's apartments.
*jumps out of chair and begins praying* I really hope this comes to America...not the best, but every collection has its bright spot, I'm sure there are many more wonderful items to come!
Hmm, a few of the pieces are nice, but I'm not blown away by it. I don't shop for this kind of stuff at Ikea either, but it is good to have an alternative to those ubiquitous Ikea soft goods you see in everyone's homes, at least until these become ubiquitous.
the natural line is right in step with what i've been painstakingly creating in my house! which is not to say that i'm going to run out and paper my apartment with it - but those button pillows might have to come home with me...
This reminds me more of stuff you'd see in Urban Outfitters than at Ikea. Alot of the UO stuff looks cute in the catalog or online, but is pretty cheesy up close. The natural grouping looks promising. Does anyone know if Zara will be bringing their home collection to the States? That I'd love to see!
Lots of potential...

@ terminallygroovy: Yeah, it kind of reminds me of UO too.
I like some of the designs, but some look too college dorm-ish for me. And I also fear that they will become ubiquitous like Ikea products. That's one of the reasons why I don't go to Ikea anymore....that and it takes over an hour to get there.
So planning a trip to Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands or Austria.
Maybe the G and the S are missing on the pillow because it's some kind of reverse monogramming??
I agree terminallygroovy. I've ordered stuff from UO a few times and I was so excited, and when I got it, it was surprisingly disappointing! Boo. Hope that this is not the case! I like the idea of adding some cheap bright accessories.
Eh, could be cute and affordable for a 20 something starting out in a first apartment. Or a good opprotunity for someone going to college for the first time to have something to liven up the dorms with.
Meh. I'm not too impressed. It looks kind of cheap and ugly.
