The New York Times' Travel section from Sunday highlighted the ever-evolving meatpacking district in Chicago, Fulton Market. With restaurants (like Moto) and galleries (now topping two dozen!) dotting the market, the odd juxtaposition makes for a true in-between experience. Artistic collaborative events have also become commonplace in the meatpacking district, including last summer's Guerilla Furniture & Art Truck Show and this weekend's Fulton Market Holdiay Open House.
