We always spot something in the window of Lower Haight's Xapno that catches our eye, whether it be one of their potted plants or anything from the well-edited selection of home accessories. This time, however, it was the actual display that grabbed our attention...
We've seen book pages as wallpaper, and even birds decoupaged onto a ceiling, but the mix of those two elements together was particularly pretty and fit the style of the store to a T. We'd love to see this in a home - perhaps even our own.

Ah! Walked by that just the other day and loved it. One of my favorite shops in Seattle, Watson Kennedy, is known for papering walls with old book pages and sheet music. I got inspired and did the inside of my "cabinet of curiosities" in old book pages. I think I got the same effect- I love the look of the natural forms against the linear words.
