But there was something strangely appealing about this design and it's translucent nature. Suddenly, it's not quite the visual space hog it once was, and the special combination of glass and resin give it the same resistance of felt. The table is brought to you by Australian designer Craig Nottage. He did this project as part of his senior year ID project, and has since opened his own studio and brought this beautiful billiards table into production. At AUS $40,000 it might set you back a bit (or rather a great deal), which is roughly $27,100 USD. But if you're serious about your pool playing, this is a fun design worthy direction to go!
