Sometimes the simplest changes are the most dramatic. We saw this in the window of a flower shop on a recent trip, and were surprised we'd never seen anything like it before. After all, it's just a flower in a vase, right? But by playing with the scale of vessel to flower, the look is changed dramatically.
The vase almost looks like a cloche, and the flower a specimen for examination. This would be a great way to display any bloom that, like the one shown, has a lot of detail and can stand alone as a point of interest. Do you think it's too sparse or would you like to try a similar arrangement in your home?
