We recently stopped by this wine bar after a long day at work, and found ourselves refreshed not just by the food and drink, but the decor as well. We always love a good chalkboard wall, and this one played nicely with the bright colors by which it was surrounded. We were also fond of the mismatched dining sets and other seating options...

Like these low, cushioned benches. These might be cool for a low-key dining area that is used for a lot of entertaining. We'd switch out the cafe tables for a single longer one, and perhaps use the bench for one side and chairs on the other - lots of room for rearranging and playing around with the look.

Parea is pretty good. Have you been by Yield on 3rd in Dogpatch? Might be worth profiling sometime. All their wines are organic/sustainable or both, and they have light food, too. And a nice owner. And a fun interior.
Anyone know who sells / makes those chairs on the right in the top picture? i suspect ikea but not sure.
Headzo,
I believe those chairs are the Ikea Nordmyra:
