We love this clever Ikea hack using a Ribba frame as the base for a jewelry display board. Not only does this system make it easier to get dressed in the morning, it also adds a wonderful pop of interest to a blank white wall...

We’ve seen similar displays before, but think the addition of the angled mirror in the center sets this example apart. We’ve been debating the best way to store and display our jewelry, and are always looking for new and creative ideas. We would love to see more jewelry storage options; how do you handle this organizational challenge?

Maybe on the back of a closet door; for me it's a bit busy to look at out in the open.
Agree with the busy comment.
I am more of an old school jewelry box type of person.
I really like this- I imagine some of that jewelry must really sparkle in the light. I found with a more closed system, I wear the same stuff over and over just because the rest of my jewelry is hidden away. I went the corkboard route, but this looks much more finished, and the jewelry looks better against the white than against my dull cork color.
hmmm...off to add Ribba frame to ever-growing Ikea shopping list...
I have been using an Ikea VISIT placemat (square with criss-crossed wicker/straw strips) to stick my earrings in. I just prop it up against my wall on the dresser, but it could be hung from the wall as well. It's small, so you don't get overwhelmed with jewelry craziness. My necklaces just go on hooks on the wall. I also have a thrift-store jewelry box for everything else.
I have a mini wire dress form that I got on ebay that i used to hang earrings. I also use this great wire picture holder tree that is great for hoops and some necklaces.

I have something similar in my bedroom--a piece of foamboard covered w/ fabric where I stick all my purple jewelry. I also have an old screen door in my room with the rest of my jewelry hung all over the screen. I always get lots of compliments and it's super quick to find my jewelry.
Love it! Jewelry as art. I don't find it too busy, just intriguing, looking at the different pieces.
love it- but of course, it is hanging on my wall... ;-)
I'm glad to see folks posting pictures of jewelry displays. I have a LOT of jewelry. I wanted to see it all at once, and I had trouble finding good display examples online. So I made up my own display. It took over a wall. The picture below was taken at the project's beginning. The black borders are electrical tape, and the jewelry is held by tiny silver nails.

I like your displays.Thank you for sharing...
Great ideas for displaying jewelry - thanks!
love it! i end up forgetting about 90% of my jewelry with it stored away. i like that you can see everything with easy access.
There are several frames at the ikea site, this one does not give a mpn #. The ones I see online don't look like this one.
