If there's anything cooler than a Nintendo Game cartridge turned into a console or Space Invader decals on your walls, it's retro arcade hardware recycled into practical houseware items. A fine example of this would be Surface Tension's Arcade Joystick Coat Hangers made from real joystick balls and buttons so you can hang your clothes and look completely awesome at the same time.
Sure, they don't wiggle for your C-C-Combo-breakers, but perhaps that's a good thing.
Oh, my man purse will look quite lovely on these. Did we mention you can pick your own joystick ball colors, too?
No pricing as of now, but we're sure Surface Tension would be more than happy to answer any interested parties.

awesome idea, but screaming for a DIY, would be pretty easy too...
I made my own version of joystick coat hooks http://www.etsy.com/listing/73372271/a-pair-of-retro-cx40-joystick-coathooks
Using flush mount hardware from Lee Valley Tools and replacement feet I've got it hugging the wall so it'll support even my thick winter coat.
