What a treat to find these textured, interactive wall hangings on Flickr. When we found out they were handmade our admiration was brought to a whole new level.

They are made by a Brazil-based Paula Mantelli who sews them entirely by hand. The wall hangings seem to be special projects she made as gifts, but the creatures riding in the balloons appear to be for sale at her website Mondopanno. The site is in Portuguese so may be difficult to navigate.
