As much as we love our pets, sometimes they can wreak havoc on our floors. From gouges and scratches to the inevitable "mess", the floors of a home filled with cats, dogs and other 4 legged friends have to be durable. We've got a flooring that can not only fend off all that Fido can do to it, but looks gorgeous and is good for the environment, too.

Marmoleum is made with natural, raw materials such as linseed oil, wood flour, rosin, and jute and is available in sheet, tile and a click-down version. No harmful VOC's are emitted by Marmoleum, letting both you and your pets breath a little easier. Don't be fooled by how environmentally friendly this flooring is; it's tough.

The bactericidal properties of marmoleum prevent micro-organisms from multiplying and is extremely easy to clean. Stains don't sink in and require little effort to clean. Usually dust mops and damp rags are all that are needed to clean up anything from your pet!

Not to mention of course, Marmoleum looks great! You can choose from hundreds of colors and create your own custom patterns. This flooring feels great underfoot: softer than you'd expect and not as cold as most other hard surface flooring.

Do you have Marmoleum flooring in your home and want to sing its praises (or make some complaints)? Let us know! Or tell us about some of the pet mishaps that have done damage to your current flooring!
