Look!: New Packaging for Method Hand Soap Refills

We've always loved Method Hand Soap, and we know many ATers do too. Shopping at Target, we noticed the new packaging for Method Hand Soap Refills is a soft-sided, squishy pouch. According to Method, the soft plastic pouch uses 83% less plastic than a hard plastic bottle and takes less energy to produce...

This is an idea that has started to show up in liquid soap packaging (hand/dish/dishwasher/laundry) but hasn't really broken out of that realm. Our favorite Method scent is Pink Grapefruit, but we often buy the fragrance-free products. What's your favorite Method scent/product?

Last time I was at Target, before Christmas, I bought refills for Method hand soap in this packaging. Very cool.

Two things:

1) As opposed to a bottle, I assume a pouch is much less reusable for other applications, so...

2) Is the pouch recyclable?

This is greenwashing! There is nothing environmentally friendly about liquid soap, no matter how much less landfill the pouch takes up - transporting water is just not on, and using a product that has to come in plastic packaging when there is a perfectly good alternative (i.e. a good old fashioned bar of soap with no packaging at all) is not on either!
