We don't know about you, but we have a tendency of always having things centered. Especially the TV. We've always set-up our "media room" -- if we can even call that -- so that the TV is smack dab in the middle of the wall. But we suppose these is no right way to place your TV, as seen by the photo above...

20 years ago the average TV was 20" Now they are typically 40". Kudos to anyone buying a smaller tv and making it a living room and not a tv room

They tried balancing it with the sailboat but it is not working. I would have just left it on its own stand (in the same location) instead of mounting it.
I hate when things are perfectly symmetrical , but it looks wonky being right up against the window there. Also, that looks the exact same size and model of my tv :)
With those kinds of television screens, it doesn't matter if they're near a window. They don't reflect because they're matte.
