These paper lanterns caught our eye at favorite neighborhood lunch spot, Olive et Gourmando's. Geneviève Oligny's creations are one-of-a-kind objects of intrigue...
The lanterns we saw are elaborate paper creations, each one created around images or patterns that look like they could be pages taken from old books. Here's a Decormag article about Oligny's work (in French). It has a few accompanying photos of her lanterns:
