have lately saturated the world of interiors, textiles, and fashion. The repetition of colors and patterns of peacock-inspired design is natural and dramatic all at the same time (we love it!). While in Austin last weekend, we visited a bar called The Peacock
for the second time.
Last year, we went on a quiet night and really noticed every detail: the dark turquoise walls, white trim, crystal chandeliers, real peacock feathers, and especially the white vinyl chairs with peacock images printed on the backs.
During this visit, the bar was packed, it was harder to notice the details, but the decor hadn't changed a bit. Like most of our favorite bars, this one felt like entering a well-designed yet comfortable living room.
