Walking around the Farmers Market we noticed that there's a great selection of ranunculus. We like that they open up and change character as they age in the vase. And also that they're such a beautiful burst of color (and a nice change from typical Autumn colors).

We keep it casual and stick a handful in a vase letting them look a bit like we picked them ourselves. And if we had a dinner to go to we would definitely bring a bunch of these for our host. They make you smile.
