Why bother with just one crib when you'll have to get a second once the babes get a little bigger anyway? My mom always stressed to friends and family that we were two separate people who needed separate things. Two christmas gifts, two birthday cakes, etc. So maybe its just a pet peeve of mine :)

The couple has a second crib in storage but aren't setting it up until the babies are just a bit older.

As a mother of twins, having the babies share a cot for as long as possible made it easier to get things done quickly. Eventually, they started annoying each other and it became a safety or sleep issue, we we had no choice but to separate them. I'm actually thinking of putting them back into one cot because I'm wondering if they'll sleep better with another warm body beside them.
it's cute, but it looks like a "best hits of ohdeedoh". seriously, i think everything in the nursery has been posted about. i'd rather see nurseries that took more time than money, and are more personal than obvious.
Where, though, will twin #2 go when you are ready for that second crib? In place of the sofa? We are expecting twins also, and space is quite limited so I am curious.....
