An afternoon coffee stop ran us into this rough-hewn pillar that felt very fall. From a distance, the texture looked like weathered, rustic wood. It's actually odd bits of slate.
This single focal point popped against the deep brown walls. Fitted by hand with a serious epoxy, it's actually a fairly uncomplicated DIY that would be a great use for leftover stone. ReUse Center anyone?
