FLOR carpet tiles in the nursery is not a new topic here at Ohdeedoh. A big part of why we like them for children's spaces are the endless configurations you can create. We love these striped FLOR tiles in this nursery featured in an AT: Chicago House Tour.
Instead of straight lines, the parents installed the striped carpet tiles so the ribbons of color ran askew. Neat effect. Has anyone else done something similar?

the stripes don't line up from one tile to the next - that would drive me crazy.
Sorry, but that looks like a mistake and it makes me a little dizzy.
It looks like the tiles shifted. The effect doesn't bother me, but the uneven edges would make me go bonkers!
I just realized, the edges aren't uneven.
Flor tiles are on sale (15% off) through Friday. I like the offset design!
Has anyone else ever had problems with Flor tiles discoloring their hardwood floors? We had a 5 x 8 section of Flor in our living room and now it's discolored where the tiles were. That room does not get much light and we generally keep the blinds closed so I doubt it was sun fading, but think it was the rubber backing on the Flor. Pity too because I'm starting to work on our nursery and haven't found anything that I like as much as Flor. :-(
Does anyone know the size of that Magis Puppy? Is it the S, M, or L? Thanks.
We have these exact FLOR tiles and they drive me crazy. I cannot get them clean! They act like Velcro, holding on tight to any thread or stray hair that falls on the floor. The tiles are currently stacked up in my garage on top of a broken refrigerator.
Sorry. I get grumpy just thinking about it.
