We spied this MP3 player on our bus ride into work and were taken by the bright screen, compact size, and frankly, a non-iPod look--or at least much less so than most. Turns out Michael's looking to upgrade to something with more memory--this one is 2 years old, and only has 512 MB on it--and considering an iPod.

A look into what Samsung's producing these days yields...

...more homogeneous styles that still have features worth noting--like bluetooth capability, allowing you to easily integrate with other bluetooth electronics you have in your setup--without the "Apple tax."
