Have you heard? It's totally hip to hoard vintage pieces of tech in the name of ironic hipster decor—and we freakin' love it. This Apple-head's home office we spotted on Flickr features more than a few odes to Mac's early days.

We're still not sure if Apple's iBook, the 1999-2006 predecessor to the MacBook, qualifies as "vintage" just yet. But since Apple's dropped the colorful plastic aesthetic of the early 2000s for a sleeker aluminum style, the iBook definitely inspires a bit of nostalgia for long-time Apple fans.

Flickr member birddog10 has not one but two of these old machines (in graphite and blueberry!), plus a canvas print of Apple's old-school rainbow logo. There's no doubt where he stands in this timeless tech war.

The laptops are hung from the wall on simple wall-mounted coat hooks. So if you're still hanging on to your "key lime" green clamshell, why not give it a try and put your almost-antique gear on display.

If you do try it out (or have any other great home tech photos for us), don't forget to snap some shots and upload your photos to our Unplggd Home Tech Flickr pool.
