You can pick pieces up on eBay - anywhere from $5-$250 depending on the maker and age.
They are beautiful. All the colors look lovely together.
I have some gorgeous ones that used to belong to my grandparents. Alas, they don't match my decor, so they're relegated to a cabinet for now. I'm thinking about how to incorporate them into my guest room.
