We've admired this blue, anodized aluminum lamp in the window of the Manhattan Matter store for the past few months — designed by Andre Klauser & Ed Carpenter for Established & Sons, the Louvre Light creates an ambient glow that mimics the look of sunlight through louvre window blinds...

The Louvre Light comes in two sizes (660mm or 1260mm in length) and is available in three unique metal finishes — plain aluminum, colored anodized aluminum and patinated brass. Prices vary with the different finishes. At Matter, the smaller lamp in colored anodized aluminum is $3500.
