It could well be our fondness for a lovely Leonard Cohen song of a similar name that drew us to Birds on a Wire window shades.

I actually just got some white blind that I was thinking silk-screening or painting with a design of some sort. (Not birds, more likely a tree sillouette or something of that nature.) Seeing this photo gives me a pretty good idea of how that might work out! :-)
