If you're renting, your relationship with your home may be less than perfect. Maybe you love some things about your rental, but not others. Maybe you dream of moving someplace bigger, but can't afford it. If so, this week's video roundup is for you. Here are four videos from our archives that are all about making the most of the space you're in right now.

Textile designer Judy Ross has a secret for making little apartments seem more spacious: white walls. (Bonus: if you're living in a space that already has all white walls, and have been bemoaning the fact that you aren't allowed to paint, maybe this video will help shift your perspective.)

Still not sold on the white walls? Here's wallpaper designer Katie Deedy with a genius tip on how to easily and temporarily apply wallpaper in a rental.

Maybe your apartment doesn't have a proper entry. Maybe your tiny space is constantly strewn with stuff. (Like, where does it all come from?) Maxwell to the rescue! Creating a 'landing strip' will help corral all the things coming into your home before they clutter the place up — and it doesn't require a lot of space.

And finally: why not think of your relationship with your apartment as, well, a relationship? Investing time and effort into relationships means we get more out of them — the same thing goes for the places we live.

Happy weekend everyone, and thanks for watching!
