Update: Lucky has folded its print publication. LuckyShops.com seems to be spared for the time being.
Lucky Magazine is rumored to be shutting down its print and online publications, as well as its e-commerce site. The reports come after a rough start to 2015 for the fashion brand.
Condé Nast laid off a group of Lucky staffers in February, and then in April, Editor in Chief Eva Chen announced she was leaving the magazine. Just last month, publishers announced a switch in the print edition from monthly to quarterly, as well as news that several outside companies who were "very interested" in acquiring the brand.
