The Titanium ID mouse by Intelligent Design aka The Apple Magic Mouse's sexy Dutch cousin sports a slick design and a price point that unfortunately puts it safely in the aspirational category, for most of us. The Titanium ID mouse is a Bluetooth mouse made out of hand-formed grade 1 titanium and comes in white or black.
For the hefty price tag one might expect at least the same functionality as Apple's Magic Mouse, but alas this is not the case. What you are paying for here is the design and titanium, not a revolution in function. So although it is a rather handsome piece of tech it is really more akin to a standard wireless three button mouse than a Magic or Mighty Mouse. It really does look quite pretty though.
The Titanium ID mouse retails for around $1,186. For purchasing information Intelligent Design.

Wow, thats pretty. And a lot of cash. Aren't these new "mice" pretty much like a touchpad in the shape of a mouse?
Yeah, except this one isn't. I prefer the design of the new Apple Mighty mouse anyways.
I would love to see the justification for the price of this and if it's the materials then I would love to see the justification for needing such materials in a mouse that has the exact same cheap internal parts that pretty much every other mouse out there has?
"...our handcrafted mouse was created for those who demand perfection at their fingertips."
Also, how is something handcrafted going to be more perfectly designed and manufactured than something that has been machine made?
