Little legs don't always reach the ground and even though they're smaller, it doesn't mean the chair doesn't pull against the back of their legs as their feet dangle down. Try this quick chair hack to make a footrest for any height!
Over at Instructables, we found this super-fabulous tutorial for making your own table footrest. If you're not into the bright white look, try faux-painting them to "match" the grain and color of your table, or give them a quick coat of spray paint to give them some pizazz.
Head over to Instructables for the full tutorial, including step-by-step instructions from start to finish!

Nomade Express Slee...
Ridiculous. Children are NOT bothered by their feet dangling. Even in a booster seat they can sit cross-legged if need be.
I equate this contraption to the also very unnecessary "wipes warmer." Not every chair you sit in will fit you, nor every wipe be warm on your bum.
That's not true at all. My niece is very much bothered by her feet dangling. She says it hurts her legs where they go off the chair. So my sister made a little stool for her to prop her feet on. If your child happens to be particular like my niece, i think it's clever.
sheesh!
We have the Tripp Trapp for both kids. My son would freaking shove his toes into our legs the entire time he was at the table until we got one. They just make sense.
Now he taps his feet on the footrest constantly, but at least he isn't digging his icicle toes into my shins anymore.
I agree with burnttoast. This is silly. And an eyesore.
@burnttoast
Kids legs DO get fatigued when dangling in booster and car seats. And so what if its an eyesore. Its only temporary.
Not everything about children is glamourous. They poop and they're too short to reach the sink without a stool and they colour all over couches in red sharpies, as seen a few posts back. Especially while they're young, parents don't always have thousands of dollars to invest in designer gear the kids will just grow out of. I know when my feet dangle (bar stool, doctors office bed, etc) it's incredibly uncomfortable, so why think that someone younger than I wouldn't have the same issues? I think this design is genius. Affordable and innovative. Way to go!
How about a stool. This is pretty hard to look at, it would drive me crazy.
