We love the idea of making quick and easy holiday gingerbread houses using graham crackers. That same construction technique can be used to make little Peep houses for Easter.
Blogger Kasey Buick made these a few years ago with her daughter's Girl Scout Troop. The materials are simple - a box of graham crackers and white icing (which you can make or buy). She constructed the little Peep houses and "glued" them together with icing. When they were dry she decorated them. You could use candies, cereal, and whatever colorful bits you can think of. If you make your nests out of edible grass candy, the whole thing will be edible.
