Growing up my parents made my Halloween costumes. I loved that I wore something that we came up with together and they made the idea come to life, but if you asked me now what I was for Halloween when I was 6, I'd be at a loss. This family will always remember with this super cute Halloween tradition, can you tell what it is?

Anna from Princess and the Frog wrote to share this adorable family tradition with us and we think it was worth sharing for sure! In her family, her mother makes her children's costumes each year. She's quite the seamstress. To help the kids remember, she also makes a matching ornament that is an exact duplicate of the larger costume she has already made.

Just think of the stories and smiles that are shared each year when the tree comes out of storage. Check out the photos above to see some of Grandma's handiwork and make sure to see more details over at Princess and the Frog.

Thanks Anna!
