Little bodies are not at all well proportioned to our adult-oriented houses. Sometimes things can be fixed with a simple step stool, but this wasn't working in "Neptune's" house, so she devised a simple solution that took a play kitchen as its foundation.
The simple act of washing one's own hands is a great step toward a child's independence. But when you can't reach the faucet, manage the temperature, or see over the sink, something's got to give.
Thanks to his Maman, little E now has all the tools he needs to wash hands, toys, or vegetables. He feels accomplished while pouring, scrubbing, and carrying. Sweet child even enjoys the thrill of cleaning up spills.
