One sure way to give your kid the royal treatment on their birthday is to present them with a birthday crown. They can wear it year after year or on any day they need to feel a little special. I've used the tutorial from Jessica at Juicy Bits several times for my kids' birthday crowns and other kids except out of fabric instead of felt and the pattern is sooo easy and simple, add an appliqued age or first initial and all kids and moms love them!
