Usually bird feeders are peanut-butter based, but that can get so sticky. But over at Saltwater Kids they've used a mixture of corn syrup and gelatin to mold birdseed into cookie cutters. A straw keeps things dry and everything stays low key, low fuss and pretty low in price! Plus we love the look of the festive shapes hanging from trees.
