We know for a fact, because we read all the comments on all the posts here at Re-nest, that some of you have really fantastically creative upcycling ideas. You've always got thoughts on how to take useless things and make them functional again.

Why not make some money at it?

The Make Some Green Competition from Keeseh Studio is challenging design enthusiasts "to celebrate the pursuit of ecodesign through an international competition to utilize waste material."

In other words: take something someone else might throw away, transform it into something new and useful (and hopefully pretty), and win some dough.

All entries are due by October 1st. Three winners will get some serious media attention for their inventions and the grand prize winner will take home $1,000. Put those thinking caps on and start upcycling!
