Hopefully, you've got a home office ritual that gets you into work mode. But even throughout your work day, there are little things you can do to make sure you're making the most efficient use of your office-away-from-the-office.
There's tips in there about staying on top of your email (especially if you're in a different time zone from your headquarters), being "present" to your in-office co-workers through an instant messenger, and making sure you take the time to say "How was your weekend?" to your coworkers in a voice or video conversation. Even though you're not at the next desk over anymore, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't treat your colleagues any differently.
