Wow, that's a great table. It could hold my laptop, magazines, dinner when I'm feeling too lazy to eat at the table…I'm sorry it's how much? Seriously? For a few pieces of wood? No way! What? I can make it? For super cheap? Tell me more magical internet, tell me more!
There are some pieces of furniture that although we desire them in our home, we just can't bring ourselves to pay for. It's not that they're thousands of dollars (well, ok sometimes), but in the case of the rolling "C tables" you see all over, it's hard to wrap your mind around paying more than the price of the wood it takes to make it.
Enter Ana White who's no stranger to these parts, she gives us confidence to pick up a hammer or set up a chop saw with every project she presents. Today she's shared plans for one of these simple C Tables — and the plans and price point as just as simple as you thought they were.
This would make a great project for your own space, but would also be simple enough to whip up for a holiday gift to someone on your list. Really — it's that easy! Check out the full plans over at Ana White's website and get your carpentry juices flowing!

Um isn't it Ana White of Knock-Off Wood ?
Ya, agree with lenzai, that's definitely an error in the article. It's Ana White.
Thanks Lenzai! Apparently my brain merged the two into one!
nicely presented using sketchup. Looks like an easy weekend project.
although 1x12's are usually 11 1/4" wide...sorry to split hairs.
The point is that if you go to the knock-off wood-website you will be forwarded to exactly the website mentioned above.... so it's the same Ana and she has just changed her web address.
